7-Day Validity
Our exchange & refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Claims after this period cannot be accepted.
Unboxing Video Requirement
For customer protection, please record a live unboxing video showing the seal/tape being opened.
β οΈ If this step is not shown, claims for damaged or missing items will not be accepted.
Refund Amount
Refunds apply only to the product value. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

π¨ Wrong Item / Shade
If Radiance by DSK delivers the wrong product or shade, we will provide free doorstep replacement.
In all other cases, customers are responsible for sending the parcel back and covering delivery costs.
β° Return Timeline
Returned parcels must be sent back within 7 days of delivery.
π΅ Refund Processing
Once returned products are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Products must be unused (except minimal testing) and in original packaging.
π§΄ Special Notes
- Mascara & eyeliner complaints (such as dryness) must be reported on the same day of delivery.
- Products with obvious signs of use (beyond testing) or damage not caused by Radiance by DSK are not eligible.
π³ Advance Payment Policy
For orders above Rs. 6,000/-, a 10% advance payment via EasyPaisa is required.
This amount will be adjusted in the final bill.
Our WhatsApp support team (+92 333 2311373) will provide payment details after order confirmation.
π° Refunds
Customers will be notified via email once the returned item is inspected and refund approved.
Refunds are processed directly to the bank account provided.
If you havenβt received your refund after approval:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank (posting time may vary).
- If the issue persists, contact us at radiancemd.pk@gmail.com.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

π Gifts
If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
If the order was gifted indirectly (via buyer), the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
π Return Shipping
Customers must cover the cost of return shipping (non-refundable).
If the return is approved, the refund amount will exclude return shipping costs.
For items over Rs. 7,500/-, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance.
Radiance by DSK is not responsible for lost return parcels.
