- Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,999/-.
- Standard Shipping Fee of Rs. 200/- applies to orders below this amount.
- All parcels are shipped via PostEx and FastEx courier services across Pakistan.

We take full responsibility for ensuring safe delivery of your products. If an item is damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement.
To make a replacement claim, customers are required to:
- Record a live video while unboxing the package.
- Share the video along with your replacement request at radiancemd.pk@gmail.com.
